The Micro 100 Threading Tool is a high speed steel threading tool with a 3/16 inch shank diameter and 60 degree included angle. It has a 0.040 inch minimum minor diameter and can cut up to 8 threads per inch. This single point threading tool has a TiN coating for wear resistance and can machine a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics and more. It is made in the USA by Micro 100 and is sold individually. The overall length is 3 inches.
Grainger End Mill Kyocera MECX 20S20074T 20m
The Kyocera 170HP3 is a 1/2" diameter, 4 flute, high performance cobalt end mill with a 1-1/2" overall length. It has a TiAIN coating and can machine a variety of materials including hardened steels up to 65HRC, high temp alloys, titanium alloys, nickel based alloys, and stainless steels. The end mill features variable helix flutes to reduce harmonics and provide excellent chip control. Recommended cutting parameters are 12,000-18,000 RPM with feed rates from 0.004-0.012 IPR depending on material being machined.
